Travel & Stay

Getting Here

Fly into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), about 20 minutes from downtown. Charlotte (CLT) and Greenville/Spartanburg (GSP) are larger alternatives roughly two hours away.

Rideshare and rental cars are easy at AVL; a car is helpful for exploring the area but not required to attend the wedding.

Where to Stay

We recommend an Airbnb in one of two areas: Weaverville — a charming small town close to our place and the pre-wedding events — or near Downtown Asheville, walkable to the venue and the city's restaurants and nightlife.

Questions

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 5:00pm. We'll have time to relax with some cocktails and mocktails before we begin dinner.
What's the dress code?
Evening cocktail attire. Think suits, dresses, and dressy separates. Asheville evenings in September can be cool, so a light layer is a good idea.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
No, the ceremony is earlier in the day at the Buncombe County Courthouse in downtown Asheville. We'll let you know if you need to plan to be there, but for now, you only need to be at the dinner.
Is there parking nearby?
The Wall Street and Rankin Avenue parking garages are both within a one-block walk of the venue. Street parking is also available, and rideshare is plentiful in downtown Asheville.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Your invitation will list the names of those included. If you have questions about your party, please reach out to us directly.
Are kids welcome?
The celebration dinner on September 18 is adults-only (18+). But everyone is welcome (kids included) at the BBQ on September 17 and the farewell brewery gathering on September 19.
What kind of food will be served?
A seated dinner featuring seasonal Appalachian cuisine from The Market Place, followed by dessert. We'll be in touch closer to the date for you to make specific selections and to share any dietary restrictions.
Do you have a registry?
Your presence is truly the greatest gift. For those who wish to give something more, we've set up a wedding gift fund in lieu of a traditional registry.
By when should I RSVP?
Please respond no later than August 1, 2026 so we can finalize details with our venue. Click the link in the section below to RSVP.

In lieu of a registry, contributions to our wedding gift fund are warmly appreciated — but your presence is the only gift we need.
